30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing dlgadgetssupport@gmail.com.

Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Include your order number and reason for return, and wait for return instructions before sending anything.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. If it is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs or video. For accepted claims of this kind, DLGadgets covers reasonable return postage.

Change-of-mind returns

The customer pays return postage. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

After inspection, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Exclusions

We cannot accept items that have been misused, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned incomplete, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

One-month commercial warranty

DLGadgets provides a one-month commercial warranty from delivery covering manufacturing defects under normal use. It excludes accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorised repair, and normal wear. This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not limit or replace, applicable statutory consumer rights or legal guarantees.
